Today is the last day of the FunnySpoon Challenge! We hope you've seen how FunnySpoon can truly make your life easier - with our tasty recipes (most of which can be made in under 30 minutes) and our branded product recommendations (which make grocery shopping a breeze) we hope you've been able to get healthy meals on the table that your family enjoys, without all the stress!
Tonight try getting out of the house and gathering around the grill with these recipes:
Fiesta Burgers

Grilled Corn Salad
Be sure to share your successes (or lack thereof) in the comments! We want to hear how FunnySpoon fits into your daily lives!
The FunnySpoon Challenge: Day 14
Posted by Vicki Labels: easy recipes, FunnySpoon Challenge, grillingMonday already? Well, at least dinner can be easy with Shrimp Scampi and Pasta with Peas. It's ridiculously easy and totally tasty. Dig in!

There's only one day left of the FunnySpoon Challenge. Share how it's been working for you so far!
I probably should have had the forethought to post this earlier, but if you're anything like me, you probably have all of these ingredients on hand at all times anyway (you know I'm addicted to roasted red peppers). So go ahead and try these recipes for the FunnySpoon Challenge, Sunday Brunch Edition:
Mexican Scrambler

Cheesy Garlic Biscuits

I hope everyone enjoys the rest of their weekend! Be sure to check back tomorrow and Tuesday for the last days of The FunnySpoon Challenge!
Ah, finally, a nice relaxing Saturday after a long week. I'm going on a picnic today (complete with plenty of FunnySpoon recipes!) so tonight for dinner I'm planning on making something simple - Ramen Stir Fry. Ramen isn't just for college students! With this economy it makes sense for everyone, and with this recipe you can dress it up and make it taste awesome, while still being totally easy!

Just a few more days left of the FunnySpoon Challenge. How is it working for everyone so far?
Yay, it's Friday! I'm always tempted on Friday to just order a pizza in, but with this tasty Grilled Chicken Pizza recipe you can get a pizza that tastes even better than delivery, and it's faster, too (this recipe only takes 20 minutes)!

Have a great weekend!
Happy Thursday! We're almost to the weekend, and if you're anything like me, this week is catching up with you fast. I feel like there's so much to do before 5 pm on Friday and it's tempting to just order in some food or pick up some takeaway on the way home. But with our Fried Chicken Salad you won't have to. You get a whole meal in just 15 minutes - and this isn't a wimpy salad!

It's been over a week now - how's everyone doing with the FunnySpoon Challenge? Hope you're finding that it makes life easier while still tasting totally awesome. Be sure to share what's working and what's not in the comments below!
Tonight's recipe suggestion can easily be prepared on the grill if you want an excuse to get outside, but it's even easier in the microwave (and you can still eat it outside)!
Boursin Slaw Burgers

And since you'll already have the bag of slaw, you can easily make extra cole slaw for a quick side dish - just add mayo! Bon appetit!
It's Day 7 of the FunnySpoon Challenge! How's everyone doing? Hopefully you've been able to try at least one FunnySpoon recipe and seen that it actually is possible to get a healthy and delicious meal on the table in under 30 minutes. Tonight, how about trying these easy recipes:
Teriyaki Salmon Burgers

Yogurt Poppy Slaw

Bon appetit!
Argh ... Monday already. Well, at least dinner can be easy. If you're following the FunnySpoon Challenge, our easy dinner suggestion for tonight is a great way to start your week off right! It's quick, easy, and tasty - just toss a quick side salad (use pre-washed bagged lettuce to make it even easier!) and you can enjoy a casual Monday night dinner without all the stress.
Cajun Rice

I've blogged about this recipe before, but these Spinach Pita Pizzas are so awesome and are so easy to make. You can swap out ingredients for other ingredients you already have on hand - olives, onions, green peppers. Since I love cheese, it's basically the feta that makes these pizzas for me!

Blogger was acting like it was on summer vacation - I couldn't upload any photos no matter what I tried! It's finally decided to behave itself so here's the updated post with photos for all to enjoy :)
Stick with the FunnySpoon Challenge! The Moroccan Spiced Salmon is a quick and delicious main dish that's surprisingly low-cal, and the Cheesy Cauliflower is an indulgent (yet still healthy) side dish. Enjoy!

Yay, it's Friday (and Day 3 of the FunnySpoon Challenge)! However, that means it's even more tempting than usual to go out to eat. So how about instead of going out to the local Mexican place, you have a fiesta at home with these 3 easy FunnySpoon recipes:
Guilt-Free Guacamole

Five Minute Burritos

Margarita Spritzers

The FunnySpoon Challenge kicked off yesterday - how did everyone do? If you prepared our dinner suggestion or found one of your own on FunnySpoon.com, share your story in the comments! If you didn't, why not try something new tonight: BBQ Tuna and Rice with Veggies. It's a complete meal solution in just 10 minutes. Bon appetit!

We're all busy these days – work, soccer games, summer parties, vacations. It seems so easy to just pick up some fast food or pop a TV dinner in the microwave and it seems so hard to put a tasty, homemade meal on the table. But then afterwards it doesn't always feel so good – maybe it was greasy or expensive or didn't even taste that good. So that's why we're kicking off the FunnySpoon Challenge!
For the next two weeks we'll be posting quick and delicious dinner suggestions on our blog – your daily dose of kitchen calm. We challenge you to substitute at least two meals per week with a FunnySpoon meal and then report back on the blog about the results. Did your kids rave over dinner? Did you save a boatload of money over takeout? Did one of the recipes become a new family fave? Did you sleep easier at night without all that fast food grease? Tell us in the blog comments what worked and what didn't and help the FunnySpoon community revolutionize their dinner experience!
Start tonight with Boursin Chicken Wraps and Italian Artichoke Salad. You'll get a tasty meal on the table in 30 minutes that's affordable and has super simple preparation steps!
