A SIMPLE Start to 2010

The new year is here! Have some goals (aka: pesky resolutions) for 2010? Make sure you don't fall off the wagon by setting small goals for yourself - you'll be able to see success and stay motivated. Personally, we set quarterly goals rather than big, scary annual goals that seem insurmountable.

Swap a few things in your menu to add a little more excitement around dinnertime (and lighten up on the calories!)

Instead of a burger, go for a Salmon Burger. Just as tasty, lower in calories and packed with those fabulous Omega-3s!

Add a little zing to your basic chicken dish with Chicken Dijon - it's sure to pack a flavor punch!

Baked, not fried, Spicy Fish Fingers are a hit with the kiddos AND adults, and provide a ton of fresh protein with a little crunch.

Mexican anyone? Turkey Tacos are an easy way to add variety. Sub ground turkey for ground beef and you drastically reduce the calories with NO ONE even knowing!
