Weekly Menu!

Spring has sprung and, if you're like us, then you've got a bad case of spring fever!! These simple freezer meals we're featuring this week will help you save yourself a little time in the kitchen and have more time to play!.

Monday: Cheesy Veggie Lasagna - this pasta dish is delicious. It has a longer ingredient list than we normally cook with; however, it's WORTH IT! And it'll freeze and be just as tasty for up to three months!

Tuesday: Chicken Tetrazzini - make a double batch and freeze some for later. Or, since this is so yummy you might just want to eat the leftovers for lunch on Wednesday!

Wednesday: Loaded Baked Potato Casserole - this pares perfectly with burgers or chicken. Or it can stand on it's own. I'd make an extra casserole and toss it in the freezer for another busy night. Won't take any more prep time ... you can thank us later.

Thursday: Beef and Chorizo Chili - add some spice to your Thursday with this easy recipe! So simple and delicious. You can easily freeze for quick lunches or dinner next week!

Friday: Parmesan Chicken Strips - kick off the weekend with a little zing! These chicken strips are a cinch to prepare and everyone loves them. And this Cavas Hill Cava is the perfect complement. I love to start the weekend with a few bubbles!!
