Chop-Chop Board Giveaway

We have a handful of flexible cutting boards (aka chop-chop boards) thanks to our friends from SeaPak Shrimp Company. And one of these fabulous little gems can be yours for the SIMPLE effort of leaving a comment and letting us know your favorite way to cook seafood or fish. Do you like to grill it? Fry it? Broil it? Pan sear it? Steam it? Let us know by leaving a comment on our Facebook Wall or here on our blog.

We'll give one chop-chop board away per day (March 29 - April 4) through a random drawing of all the comments we receive.

NOTE:
Make sure you either leave your email address with your comment, are a fan on our Facebook page or email your contact information to eat@funnyspoon.com so we can contact you about your winnings!!!

I love those cutting boards- nice and light (easy to store and use)!
Anyway, I LOVE fish- in all forms- but especially on the grill, mostly because that means 1. the weather is nice enough to cook outside, 2. my husband's doing the cooking, and 3. it is so yummy and fresh tasting!
Come and check out my blog for some good anecdotes and recipes (including fish ^_^)

I love fish and my favorite way to cook fish is to place a fillet on a large sheet of aluminum foil with a few fresh herbs, a little garlic, some lemon slices and a splash of white wine. I carefully fold the aluminum foil into a packet and place it on the grill and cook until the fish is done. And as quick as that you will have a meal to die for!!

I don't usually order shrimp out, I find that it is mostly overcooked. Which is why I really like making shrimp scampi at home in the micrwave usually takes 2 minutes or less and oh so tender mostly large jumbo or prawns although latley I've noticed the distributors downsizing the shrimps, mediums are now larges, etc. yum! shrimp garlic and butta
