Menu Planning!

Can you believe this winter weather? It seems like it's freezing cold absolutely EVERYWHERE! So this week's menu focuses on dinners to help you get your daily dose of vitamin D and kick the winter blues!

Monday: Going veggie is easy with tasty Shiitake S'ghetti. The broccoli will help boost your immune system and you'll never even notice the dish is meat-free!

Tuesday: Think stir-fry is too difficult to try at home? Think again! Our easy Chicken Stir-Fry takes less than 10 minutes to make. Try it and see for yourself!

Wednesday: Get in one of your two recommended servings of seafood this week with Tarragon Tilapia. Who knew cooking fish at home could be so simple?


Thursday: We're sure it will still be cold out by Thursday (unfortunately) so keep the chill away with this hearty Beef Stroganoff.



Friday:Yay! It's Friday! Enjoy some Winter Sangria with a slice (or three) of Artichoke Pizza and some Italian Artichoke Salad
