Menu Planning!!

Here's your quick solution for a week's worth of dinners. No muss, no fuss - it's simple, healthy and delivered right to your desktop! Our theme for this week is simple, simple, simple!

Monday: Go veggie (and light - to recover from your weekend!) with this yummy Tomato Herb Soup. However, if you're not sure the soup alone will do the trick then pair it up with these Tempeh Sloppy Joes. A fabulous duo for a Meatless Monday!

Tuesday: You might think this Herb Butter Salmon Tagine looks really difficult (and expensive). However with the SeaPak Herb Butter Salmon this dish is simple, affordable and easy to clean up! It's like dining out in the comfort of you own home and sweatpants!

Wednesday: Break the habit of the traditional burger & fries with a flavorful Turkey Burger and these delicious Alexia Sweet Potato Fries. You'll love them and feel GREAT about serving this to the family!

Thursday: Get festive and serve some Cheesy Mexican-Style Stuffed Bell Peppers. It might look complicated (7 steps!), but I promise it's super easy and it's a one-dish meal. Olé!

Friday:Congrats! You survived another week. Reward youself with a slice or two of this delicious Italian Sausage & Spinach Pizza and a glass (or two) of Ca' De' Medici Lambrusco Wine. It's fizzy, fruity & pairs great with the spicy pizza. Now that's a great start to the weekend!

As always, we'd love to hear your feedback on these recipes and the menu planning concept. Do these easy recipe ideas help you? What else would you like to see included?

Those Alexia Sweet Potato Fries are SO GOOD! Incredible. And I can't wait to try the Lambrusco! It's always hard to find a drink to pair with pizza, other than beer. This sounds perfect!
