One of my favorite things to serve for guests (especially last minute guests!) is just some Creamy Boursin Dip with veggies. To dress it up in minutes, I usually do one of the following:
Serve it with cucumbers and pumpernickel. Before slicing the cucumber, I use a peeler and peel a few vertical strips off the cucumber skin, just to dress up the edges a bit.
Serve it with multi-colored peppers. Green peppers are great, but don't forget about the yellow and red ones too! When you slice all three and serve together, it makes for a quick and colorful snack.
