Newsflash: Nuts are good for you! They are rich in protein, folate, fiber, Omega-3 fatty acids and essential minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and selenium. They're a perfect, portable snack food and they're great in cooking. And today is National Nut Day. So indulge in something nutty tonight - for dinner, dessert or a midnight snack!

I'm thinking about this Chicken Stir-Fry.
