As a cheese lover, I couldn't believe when I found out today was Moldy Cheese Day. So I created this blue cheese spread that totally has a bite - between the blue cheese and the sharp cheddar I don't know what I like best! Pair it with a nice Bordeaux and you've got a fab Friday happy hour.
