Don't you feel like blueberries are a little underrated? I feel like nobody ever really talks about the poor little guys, other than the occasional bluebery pie or muffin. Let's change that this month for National Blueberry Month! If you have any recipes that use blueberries - cakes, cookies, salads, or even main dishes - submit them today! And I know at least one person out there is planning to make one of those flag cakes with strawberries and blueberries for the Fourth of July, so why not snap a photo and share it on the site?
For me, since I'm all about multi-tasking, I plan to celebrate National Blueberry Month AND the Fourth of July with these easy Red, White, & Blue Cookies!
