My latest obsession

It's grilling season and that usually means lots more burgers in the diet. And that always means a ton of carbs in all the buns. Never good for swimsuit season. Plus when you fill up on the buns you miss out on some of the other yummy food (like corn on the cob and sweets!).

Check out my latest obsession - the Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins by Arnold. They're perfect for burgers or sandwiches and they're delicious. Honestly, we haven't bought 'regular buns' at my house since the spring and, living in the south, we grill out 4 or 5 times per week.

Try them with Salmon Burgers 3-Ways. Yum.
